TV host Jun Hyun-moo revealed that he is still a total workaholic—even with an extreme schedule.
On the Jan. 29 episode of KBS2’s variety show Problem Child in House (special episode for the 300th show), Jun appeared as the winner of the 2025 KBS Entertainment Awards grand prize. He spoke honestly about his daily life and how packed his calendar is.
Jun, who recently became a hot topic because of rumors about having “60 billion won” in assets, said he currently has 11 regular programs. He added that at his busiest, he once did 13 shows at the same time. When things get really intense, he said he can film up to four recordings in a single day—which shocked the other cast members.
He even shared that on one of those days, he basically just shaved and went straight from one shoot to the next. His weekly schedule was shown on the program, and it looked completely full from start to finish.

Right now, Jun appears on popular long-running shows like I Live Alone, Boss in the Mirror, Freehan 19, Talkpawon 25 Hours, Omniscient Interfering View, and Jun Hyun-moo Plan, moving between older hit shows and newer ones.
He also admitted that he doesn’t know how to enjoy life when he isn’t working, saying he only gets about 4–5 days off per month.
When Hong Jin-kyung asked if the rumor was true that he says yes to every offer, Jun answered that it was true—he used to do everything. But now, he said he’s starting to think he should reduce his workload and focus more on his own life.
Model and entertainer Joo Woo-jae also asked if Jun’s energy ever runs out, saying it seems like working is just part of his nature.
Even so, Jun said he has one clear way to deal with stress: travel. He shared a story about last Chuseok when he suddenly went to Incheon Airport with no plan, thinking, “Let’s go wherever there are tickets.” He said quick trips help him recharge, even if he’s exhausted.
He explained it like this: one short trip to Vietnam for pho, another quick trip to Japan for udon—because with so little time off, he tries to get the most “healing” possible in a short time.
